I had a fantastic weekend getaway at Las Olas Grand. The view from my room on the tenth floor was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of the rugged coastline and stunning sunsets. The room itself was luxurious, complete with a full kitchen and a comfortable balcony. I also loved the on-site restaurant, Las Cristales, which offered a unique and delicious menu at reasonable prices. The amenities, including the gym, sauna, jacuzzis, and beach volleyball court, were all top-notch. The security measures at the resort were impressive, making me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. The location was perfect for exploring Ensenada, wine country tours, and everything else Baja has to offer. I highly recommend Las Olas Grand for a memorable and enjoyable weekend getaway.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right on the cliffs just south of downtown. The views from my room were breathtaking, and it was so relaxing to be by the rocky shore. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the heated pool was a great feature. The staff provided outstanding service, and the restaurant was fantastic. it was a truly enjoyable experience.

For the value we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing room and breathtaking views at this beachfront resort. The full kitchen with all the supplies was a bonus, making it feel like our own beach house. The pool was heated and the restaurant service was outstanding. The staff treated us with exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.

The rooms were spacious and modern with amazing views from the balconies. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and the facilities, such as the infinity pool and jacuzzis, were a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the area.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and an amazing infinity pool. You can wake up with the sound of the ocean and enjoy a relaxing day in front of it. There are some activities to do around, but be aware that on Sunday everything close early. The room can be spacious and the balconies are perfect to enjoy the view.

The service needs improvement, since it can take a long time to get assistance.

There were some issues with the amenities. Some of the facilities were not fully operational, such as the hot tubs and fire pits.

Stayed here for Easter. Nice view of the water and easy access to the beach. The hotel was not crowded at all, so we had the pool and jacuzzi mostly to ourselves. The gym was a nice addition and the sauna was a plus.

The water in the shower wasn't warm and the hotel staff was not attentive to the issue. The restaurant was closed for most of the day and when it was open, the service was slow.

During my xmas vacation, I had a great time with my family. The staff was friendly, and they offered us complementary breakfast and a bottle of wine on arrival. Additionally, the hotel was situated close to the beach which was convenient for us. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the indoor pool.

There were some negative aspects of our stay. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and dropped frequently, and some of the hotel amenities were not functioning properly.

We loved spending our Christmas at this resort. The view from our room was amazing. It faced the ocean with a balcony that overlooked the coastline. There were multiple pools, Jacuzzis, and a well-kempt gym that we took advantage of. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Although we enjoyed the amenities, we felt that the customer service at the check-in desk could be improved. The procedure felt unwelcoming.
